JORDONS CREEK COFFS HARBOUR – AANUKA BEACH RESORT
This flood study was undertaken to determine the potential flooding impacts of Jordons Creek in the vicinity of Aanuka Beach Resort, Coffs Harbour for the 100 year ARI design event.

FINDINGS
It can be seen that the primary impact on peak water levels is not actually the flooding impacts from the catchment, but from the starting water levels as dictated by elevated ocean levels arising from ocean surge associated with east coast lows. The results were checked against anecdotal reports of flooding in the area.
