Practical issues of stormwater management and flood mitigation area a primary consideration for the development resulting in significant On Site Detention basins both to Ross Lane and to North Creek. This project is ongoing and presents some interesting challenges due to the low grades of the site and high water table. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Australian Wetlands and WGM consulting on this project.
