Multiple large on site detention tanks were proposed for this development including rainwater reuse for toilets, showers and gardens.

We provided water quality assessment, WSUD design direction and hydraulic analysis of the proposed arrangement and the deign of hydraulic outlet structures to reduce peak flows to predevelopment levels. A water quality assessment of the proposed WSUD was undertaken using MUSIC water quality software in compliance with Councils water quality guidelines.
